Marks & Spencer Mince Pie
Thank you Mrs. Liew for making me a very happy person today. I ventured into the freezer and took out the precious box of mince pies today. 12 minutes later at 180 degrees Celsius, the room turned blurry and all I could sense was the buttery pastry crumbling in my mouth with the fruit filling falling here and there. The scent of raisins, cinnamon, and sugar surrounded my nostrils. Life is good.
